Right below the white and black picture of Williams and Ingham, Lynn Vaught scribbled, “Such a great story! So happy they located her.” Whereas Ashley Mccormack commented, “I’m just speechless over this whole situation! I think I speak for everyone when I say we are all so thankful for your follow-up and persistence, Erin. This has been so fun… times really have changed!”
New Chapter
The long lost purse triggered a new chapter in Ingham’s life. Ingham’s former boyfriend tried to get into contact with his girlfriend. She said, “We had a great time talking on the phone and helping each other remember back then, what all has happened.”
Social Media
Ingham expressed her ecstasy and said that they would have never gotten this reunion, had their story not surfaced on social media. She also believes that it is due to the fact that her story got a space on social media, her teen love story got so famous in this technologically advanced world.
No Issues
Ingham stated, “These boys wrote letters. Today you would never see that. I guess I’ve been thinking about that and how different the days were back then.” She further made it clear, “I don’t recall a problem with crime. I don’t recall a problem with bullying or any of those issues that are affecting students today.”
Back To Past
This is how Ingham got a tour of her past. This is amazing how a purse lost decades ago can take you back to your past. She said, “It’s amazing what it contained.” Added further, “I think that was quite something to unravel my life at that time by looking at what was in that purse.”
Coming Back
