Many Stories

Ingham had many stories to tell about her high school years. She said, “I remember the biggest thing was basketball. We had a really good basketball team and a lot of celebrations. It was just a happy time. It felt like a small town, close-knit lifestyle. We knew everybody, had a lot of friends. It was a good feeling.”

Someone Else

Eventually, Ingham answered the question about who she went in junior prom with during an interview with News and Tribune. Much to people’s surprise, Ingham did not go prom with Paul or Torchy. Instead, she chose another boy named Carter Williams. He too had written a note to Ingham.

First Boyfriend

Williams happened to be her first boyfriend and his note went on, “Dear Marty, Bobbie and I aren’t going back together. I’m just continuing to walk her to classes. She asked me if I would and I told her that I would. But I am just trying to be friends with everybody and I decided to start on the girls that I have done wrong.”

He Said

He further wrote, “Is there anything wrong with that? I’m just going to date everybody and be friends with everybody. I figure that’s the least I can do. When I leave here I want to be everybody’s pal! Don’t you think I have the right look at things?”

The Guy

Not only that,  Williams calls the very person as Torchy. He says, “I think Paul is an alright guy. But you’ll never catch him, he runs too fast.”

The Couple

Eventually, it was Ingham who stood on his side in the junior prom. Greater Clark County Schools put out pictures in which the two are posing standing next to each other. The picture was taken just after the dance. This part of Ingham’s life too provoked interest among the social media users.
