Always Time

Lisa and Greg were truly blessed to have dialed the restaurant even though it was the wrong number. It could have ended tragically. “There is always time for people, especially people in need,” Jason revealed, “I had the resources, I had drivers, we weren’t super busy with deliveries, either. Zach was glad to help someone out.” Greg was safely transported to the hospital.

Proper Treatment

Greg after being taken back to the hospital by Hillmer could now receive the treatment that he required. He was back getting his much-needed care from experts and is now recovering slowly. Lisa feels forever indebted and grateful to have the staff help them out when they needed it most. In fact, she was so happy that she sent a letter to the company’s corporate office.

Corporate Office

So what exactly did the happy woman writer? “They went totally above and beyond. You don’t see that anymore … Two complete strangers stood up and said they were willing to help, and that means a lot. There are not enough words to share to say how grateful I am to two individuals who went above and beyond their job description at Jimmy John’s,” Lisa said in her letter.

Incredible Situation

Well, it was indeed an unbelievable incident to see that complete strangers were willing to sacrifice their effort and time for someone in need. “In today’s political climate, everybody’s arguing with everybody, and we’re not actively listening to what anybody has to say,” she explained, “To have two complete strangers listen to me and then decide to do something to fix it — it was amazing.”

Road To Full Recovery

After his second trip to the hospital, Greg has gone back home. Since he was given all the care and medical attention he needed, he is now doing well and experiencing fewer complications. Lisa was glad for the “divine intervention” that took place on that day. She then suggested everybody drop a visit to Jimmy John’s location in Columbus, NE to show love to the men who helped save her brother.
