Four-Legged Partner
Velvet bought herself a cat. What else could have been better than a four-legged best friend? After all, animals are the best companions. They are the ones who love us wholeheartedly. She could cuddle her, play with her and most importantly share her feelings with her. And what she names her is heart-touching.
Charlie II
Velvet names her cat “Charlie II”. Now in a single day, she would call out Charlie-Charlie numerous times. All she would say, Charlie where are you? Your food is ready for Charlie. Come on baby. Undoubtedly, this wife has embraced her dead husband into her life in all the possible ways.
Hoping For Best
In the end, all one can do is hope. Hope that Charlie’s soul has rested in peace and that Velvet has enough strength to go through her life without Charlie. We wish that she has a bright and healthy future and with the advent of every summer she sets up a cooler in remembrance of her husband.
