She went from a tensed meeting with the police to coming back inside to see that everyone is showing her appreciation and gratitude. Brent from the project took the microphone and gave an explanation about the proceedings to a confused Colleen.
The Crowd Agrees
“Every single person here, you’ve done something in their lives that they love you for,” he exclaimed. When he said those words, the excited crowd cheered in agreement and it was indeed a very touching moment for Colleen who had served at the restaurant for all these years. It goes to show that the people really do appreciate what she does for them every day.
A Few Surprises
Since the people wanted to make sure the night was extra special for their beloved waitress Colleen, the team had in charge had a few surprises up their sleeves. They wanted to make sure that this was a night that Colleen would never forget. First off, they managed to get one of Colleen’s family traditions to Red Robin – Monday night family dinners.

So what does this ‘Monday Night Family Dinner entail’? They wanted to do everything flawlessly so they even brought in the table from Colleen’s house. This was done to make sure that the meal could be extra authentic. The people in charge did not want to just make use of the restaurant because they wanted the night to reflect Colleen and who she is.
Someone’s Missing
There was one thing that the night was missing that would make Colleen happy and over the moon. Her darling daughter, Bethany, who lives in California could not be there. It would have been nice for all of her family members to be present on this special night. So then who is the person bringing out Colleen’s favorite guacamole burger from the kitchen?
Who Is She?
Yes, the planners pulled every stop to make sure this night was a night that Colleen would never ever forget. The other surprise that the Dude Be Nice people were able to execute was flying Bethany all the way from California to be there in for this occasion. It was definitely a very special surprise for Colleen to see her daughter after a long while, especially this way.
