If someone who had worked for the restaurant for over a decade, it is clear that she would have experienced a lot in life. Well, when you ask her co-workers, they would tell you that Colleen has certainly made a difference or an impact. This is again quite impressive because even though she has four children of her own and busy with her own family, she still makes it work.
A Genuinely Nice Person
She has won over the hearts of not just the customers but her coworkers alike. When interviewers questioned Tina her coworkers, she had a very nice thing to say, “Colleen is the type of person who would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it.” So it is clear from here that Colleen is a genuinely nice person who does not appear nice because her job requires her to.
Branch Manager’s Words
Even the branch manager where Colleen works named Kelly has something similar to say about her. “[Colleen] literally has left behind her shoes for team members who don’t have slip-resistant shoes, [and she] would take her belt off to give to somebody on the PM shift,” she cited.
Not A Negative Person
When even your manager speaks highly of you, there is no doubt about how kind you are. Colleen has been working there for about 12 years now so if she were a shady person, it would be safe to say that enough time has passed for signs to show. But since she executes inspiring work ethic and kindness to everyone she meets, no one has anything negative to say about her.
Her Coworker’s Thoughts
To make things even more shocking, there is another thing that Tina had to say about Coleen that proves how kind heart she has. It was not just her co-workers that have been blessed with Colleen’s kind gestures. “She knows no stranger,” Tina further stated. Colleen would show grace and kindness to whomever she met so it was again, not surprising for her to accept the fake money.
Her Serving Technique
Her coworkers continued to speak about her unique approach when it comes to serving people at the restaurant. They even explained how impressed they are with how she approaches her customers. Tina explains, “And it just is the way that she talks to people and gets on their level and kind of puts the aspect of her being a server outside the box.”
