O’Brien who was 46 then says, she always had this feeling that a piece of her heart is missing. Whenever she saw other siblings together, she felt there was someone for her as well. And it would be a sister was more of an icing on the cake. To her, her life was now complete.
A Closure
Meagan on the other side thanked Holly O’Brien for not giving up on her past. She said, “The one thing I told Holly was I felt like it was closure. I got my closure… it’s something that I’ve always wanted to know if I have any siblings, or just to know about my background.” Isn’t that beautiful?
Let’s Go Back
The sisters decided to once again visit their place of birth South Korea and look for the missing information of their past in the orphanage they both were once put up for adoption. And what they found was something they really didn’t hope for.
Records
At the orphanage house, they found some old records and visa copies which read their birth of date and their transfer to the U.S.A. They also had their last names as Shin. Moreover, Meagan was left at the orphan house by O’Brien’s stepmom who was unable to manage the finances concerned with a growing child.
Life Now
The co-workers or we should say the sisters are doing quite good together. They both respect each other. Moreover, their families have met and would often go out for weekends. Though very late, the sisters eventually met. Nothing could have been better than this. We hope and wish them for a happy life together ahead.
