“It was stressful and emotional. We were all out there just walking back and forth, from one end to the other, yelling her name,” revealed John Paul Kopp who is a close friend of the family. Indeed it must have been stressful because even after hours passed, there was still no sign of her. The police, the people from the neighborhood, friends and family plus even strangers helped look for Remy.
Something Unthinkable
Th crowd of people were all looking for Remy. They were passing by one another, looking high and low to get at least a trace of the little girl. Timber was getting more tired as it was stressful emotionally and physically. She did not let her legs drag her spirit down so she went on with the search. As everyone kept looking for Remy, something unbelievable took place.
Difficult To See
To make matters worse the lights were starting to die out. The lights were slowly dimming down and could clearly be seen from afar. Timber was about to talk to John, her friend but just then she realized that he was not there and it was getting really dark in the corn field. She could literally hear her heart pounding. “You don’t hear well in the corn either.” a witness states.
Ending The Search
“So, when someone’s yelling your name, I mean you hear them, but you don’t know where it’s coming from,” reveals the volunteer. Timber also had to keep her torch down after realizing that they would not find her baby that night. There was absolutely nothing left they could do so her tears began to fall. Even the sheriff told everyone that it was enough for the day/night.
Another Day
Timber clearly was not able to get a good night’s sleep that evening. She, as any ordinary parent would, spent the whole night restless and wondering where her baby girl could be. She was alert and armed of every sound she heard, hoping and wishing it would turn out to be Remy. When morning came, Timber she could see people gathering in her yard once again, some same, some new…
Helicopters?
She went to pick up Fat Heath’s water bowl and then suddenly she heard a chopper’s noise that presumably came from rising a distance. It turns out, there were two helicopters hovering above her in the air. The helicopter were slowly approaching the field and they were actually there to help them look for little Remy. Timber’s hope was a sparked once again.
