This cleaner was told about the whole sting operation and that everything was being reported. With illogical excuses, he tried to defend himself first and later on walked away. The other cleaner was going to be a step ahead of him in everything.

The other cleaner said that it will cost $234 to clean the vents. He was being very confident that there will be no point left and that the homeowner’s money won’t be going waste. The team allowed this man to start his work. And that’s when he started his foul game.
The Big Machine
This cleaner brought a huge machine in the house and the experts sitting behind the mirror were like, “this isn’t even required”. The question was why was he using it if there was no need for such a heavy machine? The answer soon became clear.
Easy Going
This man had a different style of working, he was not even removing the vents’ cover and was just cleaning them from the outside using a small pipe. Then what was this machine for? It was because soon he was going to show his true colors when he reached the common area where the homeowner was sitting.
Pretending
As soon as he got to the area from where the homeowner could see him working, he used his big machine to clean the vent. First, he removed the cover and then cleaned it. When the homeowner asked him if he is supposed to clean it all in the same manner, he said of course. Soon he too was trapped in his own lies.
