Safe To Travel?
But one question still remains, is Bermuda Triangle safe? According to the official statement given by the U.S Coastguard, “The Coast Guard does not recognize the existence of the so-called Bermuda Triangle as a geographic area of specific hazard to ships or planes. In a review of many aircraft and vessel losses in the area over the years, there has been nothing discovered that would indicate that casualties were the result of anything other than physical causes. No extraordinary factors have ever been identified.” We are still sticking with the alien theory, what about you?

Triangle? What Triangle?
The first name Bermuda makes sense because the phenomenon where this takes place is near to Bermuda, but why Triangle? Just like 9-dash line which is created by China unofficially, the same way they have created this triangle connecting the three places including Miami in Florida, the island of Bermuda, and Puerto Rico.
Don’t Rely On Your Compass
The Bermuda Triangle is a mysterious place and you know that for sure. The compass here points to true North instead of pointing to magnetic North. Can you imagine the blunder it could cause if the ships and airplanes don’t correct the error while passing through this place? An error in the compass is one of the reasons that make the ships and planes lose their routes.
The Deepest
The error in the compass is one reason but the topography of this place could be another factor that makes huge ships like USS Cyclops vanish. The continental shelf that tags along with ocean is one of the factors that makes this sea this deep that has the capability to engulf a whole ship and a plane. Some of the deepest areas are also found in the Bermuda Triangle.
Can You Smell Gas?
The scientists have found a huge amount of methane gas on the ocean floor. They found that the gas erupts on the surface and if the ship is present at the time of the eruption the gas could easily sink the ship deep blow in the ocean covering it with the sediments present in the ocean floor.
