His Kind Act Went Viral
In the following month Jones gave more than a hundred haircuts. He called his operation “Haircuts for Homeless” and took to social media to advertise his services and post live streams of the haircuts on soicla media which automatically went viral.
A Heavy Concern
Jones was able to perform thousands of haircuts in one year. Rather, he had given so many haircuts that he stopped all his counting as it was impossible for him. It had turned out to be a good year for him. But Jones worried that he would have to stop his hair cutting mission because the cold weather of winter was slowly approaching.
A Miracle Occurred
Jones always maintained his faith in G0d. He was confident that the Lord had brought him this far, so he would have surely planned for the road ahead. It came as a pleasant surprise to Jones when a barbershop owner who had heard about Jones decided to help him in the most unbelievable way possible.
A Hero: Johnson
Sean Johnson, 44 is a Philadelphia local who works as a barber and a a businessman. He had been hanging onto an empty barbershop for nearly two years, trying to get it off the ground simultaneously running another salon. As soon as he heard about Jones’ doings, he became interested and wanted to play a role as well.
They Had Met Before!
Johnson had revealed that he had seen Jones downtown, giving haircuts to a bunch of homeless people.”I was looking at his barber tools and noticing he didn’t have up-to-date equipment,” Johnson said.Originally, Johnson tried to hire him to work at his current barbershop, which Jones nicely turned down.
