The man confidently said that the girl was his friend’s daughter. He said he was looking after her in her parent’s absence. Apparently, the girl was too drunk to take control of herself. He further said that he had been trying to call her parents but no one was answering his call. His explanation made sense to them. 

Was He Right?

Moreover, the girl did not protest for once. Whereas the man was dealing with the boys, the girl, on the other hand, stayed calm. The girl had stopped arguing as well. Surprisingly, all through the conversation, she did not look up for once. However, the boys did notice her bloodshot eyes. She was even having trouble in standing still. 

Letting Them Go

There was nothing to doubt now. The girl herself was complying. However, they still felt if something was seriously wrong. Despite the valid points that the man put forth, they still were not convinced. However, they had no other option. They had to let go of them. But soon they were going to regret their decision.

Going Home

After that, friends turned back to their belongings and started packing them as they already had gotten late. It was time to head back home. As far as the pair is concerned, they had gone out of sight. The boys picked up their stuff and moved out of the parking lot. None of them shared a single word with each other while heading out. All of them were lost in their own thoughts. All of them were thinking about the teen girl and the man who called himself his uncle.

But they couldn’t keep quiet for long. One of them expressed his confusion. And then they realized that all of them were feeling in the same way. But there was nothing to doubt about. The man had countered all their questions with reasonable explanations. Then why were they still having doubts?
