After knowing Clare’s incident, people had their own views, while many were in support of the young girl, others said that’s it is just a publicity stunt that Clare has made up. Whatever their opinions would be, they’d reached the right place!
Straight On Face
People immediately posted on Richmond Homeschool Prom’s Facebook page to know their side of the story or at least if they’re at fault then to apologize but the reactions that appeared on the Facebook page was even more hideous.
Shut Down
The administrator deleted all the posts quickly and the official page was closed within hours of these posts. The thing is that instead of bringing their side in front of the world they felt running away was a better option or maybe they were not just willing to say it like Clare. But they did speak!
Stuck To Their Sides
Ms. Duncan on behalf of the whole event always said that it is not their fault and they did what was adequate. However, Clare always said it was injustice and no one has the right to judge her on the basis of her clothes at least. The two sides never reached a conclusion though, there’s more to add to the teens’ disappointment.
Not Enough At All
Whatever may be the reason, no one can deny that a group of five friends left that prom night without having any fun but all embarrassment. The refund they asked for didn’t happen. Clare was the only one to receive the refund.
On TV
Clare’s story was highly debatable to many people and it attracted a huge crowd’s interest and hence it was on TV news as well where first Clare and James shared their experience and later on Ms. Duncan’s interview was included.
This isn’t the only time something like this happened, girls have been asked to leave prom nights for their dresses from time to time and we’re about to tell how weird reasons behind it are.
