Christopher Knight was cast as Peter Brady in the wildly successful show The Brady Bunch from 1969 to 1974. Although the show was not all that top rated during the time it aired, it still went on to be one of the most treasured shows till today. It went on to air on TV for over 30 years.
Chris Knight did not really become an actor for the fame and fortune unlike many. He was very much into science and technology and worked with the web-based talent exchange called Casting Networks Inc. It was a fresh way of handling the tiresome casting procedure.
Ever since he first appeared with his brothers in classics like “ABC” and “I Want You Back” and “The Love You Save” the sheer talent of Michael Jackson was transparent. He came out as a solo artist in 1972 with a song about a rodent which still proves to be a hit. His iconic dance moves and clothing made him untouchable during his prime.
Michael Jackson is no doubt the King Of Pop whose legacy lives on and his talents are unsurpassed. Although he did in 2009 he is still topping the charts everywhere with today’s popstars copying his choreography and fashion. He died leaving his three kids from his second marriage.
The adorable Lisa Whelchel auditioned at just 12 years old to star in The New Mickey Mouse Club. She was then cast as the leading actor in 1979 for the show The Facts of Life. Even if the show ended quite soon, Whelchel’s talent was already quite apparent so it did not harm her career.
Today, Lisa Whelchel is very much there to be seen on shows like Survivor: Philippines. The other contestants were far too young to know her past works like her roles on “The Facts of Life”. A controversy hit her as she was infected with the West Nile virus which she may have contracted while filming the show.
