Jenner was awarded the unofficial title of “world’s greatest athlete” after winning the decathlon title in the Olympics games held at Montreal in the year 1976. He set a world record consecutively for the third time after his victory. Interestingly, in the year 2015 after undergoing a gender reassignment surgery Jenner became to be known as Caitlyn.
