NathanAll She Could
It was clear from what she did that Diane was not going to shut up about her claims. She wanted everyone to know about how vicious Michael allegedly was. He and Diane were only staying three miles away from each other. The length she had gone to, to make sure everybody knew this ugly side of Michael was quite extreme. She had kept posters and flyers claiming that Michael was a liar and an abuser.
Something To Hide?
Diane had kept these posters and signs all over her yard to let everyone see her message. She was putting so much effort to ensure that Michael’s evil side was exposed. This was not all, Diane even gave out flyers at Michael’s church and all over the neighborhood to scar his reputation. Michael could immediately tell that something was off, that she had something to hide.
Useless Searching
When Michael had that inkling about Diane hiding something, he quickly turned to the cops. The police responded by searching through Diane’s house for any kind of hint or signs that lead towards Ricky’s discovery. Michael thought there must have been a clue or the other that lead him to his boy. Sadly, the police had not been able to identify anything significant to help with his son’s disappearance.
Not Losing Hope
The authorities looked up and down and all over Diane’s home but nothing seemed to show any linkage to Ricky. They were coming to terms that maybe she really did not have any link with her grandson and daughter’s disappearance. And when two years passed, there was still no progress in the case. Michael refused to lose hope and so in 2009, he finally uncovered something weird…
A Suspicious Dresser
And even though they had already looked through the house and property, it was time for yet another search. A tip had been given to the police that led them to have another look at Diane’s home once more. Since they had already investigated, there were sure to be more careful this time. They were looking through every room of the two-story home and did all they could to not miss anything or any detail.
‘Let’s Move It?’
When they got to one room, everything seemed normal and ordinary at a glance. However, something in the room led them to believe that there might be more there. They saw that a wooden dresser had been kept against one of the walls. The officers decided to move the dresser to see if anything was under it or perhaps behind it. What it revealed was something nobody expected to find…
