After her cat incessantly asked to go outside this lady gave a firm, “No!” As the cat was still too persistent, the lady went to the doorway. She soon found out that the perceptive cat of hers was trying to show her something.
Bandit Was The One
Fran Swayze along with her cat Bandit, stay in Cleburne, Texas, at the Buena Vista Seniors Community there. Swayze took the cat in about a year ago before this incident happened while he was at a no-kill shelter. When she saw him, she knew she had to take him.
Into New Territory
“I said, ‘You’re mine,’” she explained in an interview back in June 2017. After he was adopted, Bandit had the whole house as his playground. But as time went by, the curiosity of the cat grew and the indoors became insufficient.
Loving Each Other’s Company
“He insists on his walks, daily,” Swayze said. Bandit liked to keep company on his small adventures so Fran would often walk with him. Neighbors sometimes see the two together strolling about.
Change In Bandit
Their journeys were usually uneventful and the cat would be happy if he got out once a day. But one evening in June 2017, there was a change in Bandit’s behavior and it was very peculiar.
Almost Going To Sleep
The time was 9:30 p.m. and it was dark. The pair already went for their daily walk. Also her daughter Mar0lyn Gravelle had visited Fran and they were getting ready to sleep. The cat showed extreme eagerness to go out.
