Nothing Was The Same
Today, Tanna Marino cannot help but talk about how her life ‘has changed in every possible way’ after the show. All the money that Dina Dwyer-Ownes gifted her had allowed her family to move into a bigger home. She now had the comfort of spending time with her family and the chance to work from home as well. This was not all. This new role of Tanna had allowed her to have an influence somewhere else…
Pay it Forward
If anything Tanna should be proud of, it would be the fact that the show she appeared on helped to mold her as a career woman. She was able to gain more confidence and had the rare chance to give ideas and innovate with the company president. Since she was now given the chance to realize her full potential, it was a blessing for Tanna as she was not a consultant. Today, Tanna enjoys her role and is currently working towards strengthening the role of a female employee at Mr. Appliance.
So Much Work Left
So after accomplishing so much over the last year, what would be the biggest issue that Tanna is facing now? She had answered this question and claims that the biggest obstacle for her now is ‘trying to spread awareness of the scholarship program’. She aims to recruit as many female employees as she can using the scholarship program. She then has this to say about her role, ‘the program is a great way for the women to get the required training’.
Recalling
Tanna after looking back at her past had a very optimistic viewpoint. “More than anything,” she explains, “my experience when taken as a whole has been absolutely phenomenal. Obviously, I work for a fantastic company, doing a job that I love. My entire experience with the Dwyer Group has been nothing short of incredible.” So always take a chance and who knows, you might end up being a success story like this incredible lady.
