When Tanna Marino had been asked to describe the appearance of the new employee at her workplace, she gave an interesting answer. But Tanna also revealed something else that was indeed noteworthy. She added this when asked about Faith, “To be honest with you, my first impression was that whatever her current job was, she was probably doing it from behind a desk…she certainly wasn’t working in a blue-collar job or anything like that.”
Getting Closer
The two women, ‘Faith Brown’ and Tanna Marino became quite the close duo after having to work together at their workplace. When Tanna had to describe her impression of the new woman she was working with, she simply states that Faith was ‘very polite and very friendly’. Reminiscing About The Past
This bond had now affected not only Tanna but ever Dina Dwyer-Owens herself. While shooting the show ‘Undercover Boss’ in 2012, where Dina played ‘Faith Brown’, she had a conversation with Tanna that many of the viewers could relate to on so many levels. Family Values
As they were filming the show, it was starting to become clear that Dina was slowly making up her mind about one of her employees Tanna Marino. She said this in an interview later, “I just couldn’t help but think back to my own past, my childhood, and especially about my father…he was an amazing dad but the truth is he wasn’t home a lot of the time. For example, it was rare that he would be at home while the rest of us would still be awake.”
Guardian Angel
Tanna and Faith were growing closer and so Tanna slowly opened up to her. She had already introduced her family to her and now she was revealing the financial crisis her family had to deal with. Tanna also told Faith she was planning to get a second job. Since the job she was currently holding was barely enough to keep food on the table for her family, Tanna had to look for some other means to earn more.
