The shopper put down her basket and rushed towards her in order to calm her down. She thought maybe the woman had got panick attack. She tried to get hold of her but was thrown backward by the old lady. She pushed the woman towards the ground. It did not take long for the shopper to realize that this was something else. She needed to yell for help.
