She surely had the best surprise of her life when she figured out the name of the winner. It was her, she had won the huge amount of $293 million. It was way more than what she could have asked for. A wise decision by Cindy changed the entire life of her whole family. Mark who was working at a hot dog and deli packaging factory now had no qualms about their future and financial status, on the other hand, her son Jason was high on the nine cloud. Life has its own way of making us smile.
Truly Blessed
Mark shared his feelings through social media, he posted, ’We are truly blessed … we were lucky winners of the Powerball!’. Toeing the line with his father, Jason, 26, also came out in public on the winning of the lottery. He, in a press conference, stated ‘I hope we stay grounded and I hope we stay the good people we were yesterday.’
According To Store Workers
Cindy had just won the nation’s second-largest Powerball jackpot and Missouri’s largest one. Kelly Blount and Kristi Williams, the cashier of the store, too were thrilled and welcomed the customers with a big smile on face. The store was given $50’000 for selling it. William said ‘It’s just awesome, It’s so exciting.’
What’s The Plan?
The couple has already planned their expenditure. They want to do adoption again. They revealed that their six-year-old girl wants to have a pony. but the couple is willing to wait before making big purchases. On being asked what their plans are for future, Cindy answered “I just want to go home and be back to normal, Maybe take a nap.’
A Big Charity
Furthermore, the owners of such a big amount also hold a big heart. They intend to do charity for the adopting institution and are also pondering over launching a scholarship fund. They also have some plans for their personal life. They are thinking about purchasing a new car. Cindy explains ” My husband’s keeping his same old pickup. He did ask for a red Camaro though.’ For a secure future for their grandchildren, nieces, and nephew, they are going to set up a college fund.

Jason displaying his ecstasy to ABC news did not forget to admire his father. According to him “I’m very happy for him, He’s worked hard in his life; well, not anymore. Well, I hope we all stay very grounded, stay humble and don’t forget who we are.”
