One Step Closer
Wayne was steadily finishing his work and the framework was finally in place. He did not want to rest as he was on a roll. He wanted nothing more than to be able to finish and get done with his project more than anything. So then, Wayne started laying down sheets of corrugated metal that were strong enough to support an average person’s weight.
A Bunker?
If Wayne was not careful with the sheets, then there would be serious accidents happening in the future. After all, the last thing Wayne would ever wish for was for someone to fall through the ground and landing on top of the bunker. Okay, wait, even though we call this a bunker, we are not entirely sure what it is yet, okay? Ignore this and join us as we wait for the whole project to get completed.
Coming Together
After days of grueling work, Wayne was finally done with fixing the foundation and the roof. They were finally in place and it was indeed a sigh of relief for Wayne to see that things did not fall apart. He also left an opening over the stairs and also utilized rebarring in order to provide extra support. He was truly well prepared to make this site a disaster free area.
One Man Band
So after getting done with the basics, Wayne needed to focus on a new area once again. It was finally time for him to focus on the entryway and it was becoming clearer and clearer that things were finally starting to come together. This project was beginning to show what it was supposed to look like. It was certainly amazing to know that one man was behind all of this…
Means For Protection
Wayne had come so far since starting his project and now he was getting that much closer to his goal. He went on to plaster cinder blocks. These were placed around the rebar and he used cement to fill them in. It was quite important to note that the entrance was not just sturdy, but that it was raised above the actual container to avoid any type of hazard to occur later on…
Weather Proof
Wayne also needed to keep in mind that weather was also a factor in determining how long his project would last. If he did not make sure that his construction was weatherproof, there could be serious consequences. So to avoid all of this, Wayne took great care and made sure that his project would be protected from the natural elements that could potentially cause any sort of harm.
