When the residents started monitoring the area using CCTVs, they noticed that someone suspicious had entered the building. The residents found out that the guy did not even live in the building and the same guy was seen entering the next day again.
The Police
When the residents discovered this, initially, they could not think of anything that they could do with that piece of information as the authorities had already isolated themselves from the whole problem. The residents, however, had enough proof this time so they went to the police. They took that footage straight to the police.
Couldn’t Help
The cops, unfortunately, were not able to do anything with the information that the residents had gathered. When the police weren’t able to do anything again, the residents took the concern to the owners of the apartment complex building to no avail.
Something Should Be Done
The residents of the building decided that if the police and the authorities would not do anything then they had to come forward and do something to stop that maniac. The matter had escalated quite a lot and it was time for them to take the matters into their own hands.
On Their Own
The residents now had to handle this job on their own and they knew that no one is going to help them. But whatever they had to do, they had to keep the fact in their minds that they had no backup. And then one lady proposed a plan.
A Lady
Amongst the residents of the building was a lady who was fed up with the whole situation and decided to do something about this whole scene. The lady who was a resident of the building thought of staying up all night and keeping an eye on the parking lot where cars of all the residents of the buildings were kept.
