Deanna knocked on her daughter’s door while she pictured her daughter giving various kinds of reaction. But no one answered. She waited for a couple of minutes and then she knocked again. This time the knock was louder than before. But again there was no response from the other side of the door. Is she even there in the room? Deanna thought to herself. With that thought in mind, she knocked again which turned few heads in the corridor. Where is she?
Decided To Step In
When there was no answer she decided to check the door if it was open. And to her surprise it was. She went inside the room and there was no one. Where did she go? Deanna thought to herself. Now when she was in, she thought this would make the surprise even more awesome. Now it would be her who would open the door. So she locked the door from inside and soon she would find her inside something really unexplainable.
Clean Room
As we told you the semester ended and many students were now moving out of the dorm room. McKenna’s room was clean as she has already packed most of her stuff. “I was just standing there thinking wow, she really cleaned up a lot,” said Deanna. Deanna saw her daughter’s bed which was still in place with bedsheets and pillow on it. She has also tired after all the journey, so she decided to sleep. But then she realized something.
Exhaustion Sets In
She was tired of the journey and waiting for her daughter made her really sleepy. Deanna was so tired that it took her only five minutes to fall asleep. But then she realized that what if her daughter walks in and found her sleeping. The surprise would be ruined. So Deanna had a perfect idea to make sure she doesn’t sleep. Soon she found out what a big mistake her idea was.
Talk To Her
Deanna was sleepy from all the traveling and her daughter’s bed was really comfortable. The moment she lay down, she could notice her eyelids getting heavier with each second. But then the thought of her surprise getting ruined because of her sleep made her jump out of her sleep. She thought of calling her daughter up but then the noise from the corridor would have made her daughter suspicious. So she decided to text. But with a twist.
Take A Selfie
Deanna didn’t call her up as it would have ruined her surprise. So she texted her daughter asking about her whereabouts. Deanna’s mind started to work and she thought of taking a selfie which could be funny and surprising when her daughter sees her mother lying on her bed. So without giving it another thought, she clicked a selfie of herself lying on her daughter’s bed. Little she knew things would not remain the same after that.
A Confusing Message
“Look where I am! Where are you?” Deanna wrote in the text after she sent the selfie to her daughter McKenna. After a few minutes later, Deanna’s phone chimes and it was a text from her daughter. She was surprised to see McKenna’s reply, “Where’s that??” she texted back. “I’m in my dorm.” McKenna’s next text to her mother. Deanna was really confused as she had no idea what was going on. She thought that her daughter was playing with her but no.
