Amidst her thoughts, she got to see more crew members coming to that woman in a bulk. She finally felt all relaxed and expected that the members would take that old woman out along with them. To her dismay, nothing happened. The members were being nice to the woman but this time, they were having a serious discussion. Crew members were trying to make the woman feel comfortable.
Bring Him Down
Kristen, growing annoyed by the scenario, decided on letting the world know about the delay and the casualty of the cabin crew. For this, she took her phone out and started making a recorded video. She captured many of the talks and the behavior crew members were having at that time. Moreover, she tried to capture faces as well.
Heard It
After she was done making the video, she fetched for her earphones so that she could listen to what conversation was going on. She succeeded in grasping the earphones and started with it. As she began to hear it, she was perplexed and thought that woman to be related to the pilot, hence, he was getting the special treatment by the crew.
Questioning
She did not have a second thought and straight away headed to the pilot cabin. She was all pestered and wanted to solve the mystery of the delay. She lost control and put forth the questions regarding the pilot’s relation with the old woman. The pilot was so dumbstruck that he could not answer her questions which made Kristen believe that they two shared a close bond, therefore, she left the cabin.
Discussion
Kristen, unaware of the situation, kept on asking about the lady who was the actual cause of such delay. She finally managed to ask someone about what was up. She asked one of the cabin crews regarding it. On knowing the story, she could no hold back and thought of posting it online.

Kristen wanted the world to know all about it so she posted the video that she captured. She lost her control over her emotions and typed a long caption along with the media. After a short period, she got to see the responses of people. The post she shared went viral, making people see the crew’s instant decision making power. The old woman who gained all the attention as she could was actually suffering from dementia.
