Rebecca Curci was actually wrestler Nitro Girl and it was then that “The Heartbreak Kid” began developing feelings for her. Curci had easily won his heart even though Sean Michaels was one of the most sought-after wrestlers during his time. They eloped in Las Vegas back in 1999 and have been happy together since then with their two children.
Meredith Whitney – John Layfield
A wrestler and a financial analyst? You would be surprised to know that John Layfield got married to Meredith Whitney. She met the wrestler formerly known as Bradshaw and JBL after working on a project at Fox. There were sparks everywhere and so by 2005, the couple tied the knot. Meredith decided to close down her business in 2015 and have lived with her hubby in their private home in Bermuda since then.
Kristin Austin – Stone Cold Steve Austin
The Texas Rattlesnake has definitely contributed a lot during the golden age of WWE – The Attitude Era. Stone Cold Steve Austin has met a lot of lovers during the nineties with three failed marriages under his belt. Austin soon met his future wife Kristin Feres. They got married in 2009 and have been going strong ever since. They have homes in Marina Del Rey, California and Tilden, Texas.
Marissa Mazzola – Shane McMahon
Here we have SmackDown on-screen commissioner Shane McMahon and lovely wife Marissa Mazzola. These two made it official back in September 14th, 1996 and are still together since then. They are one of the longest standing couples on this list. “Shane O’ Mac”s father is WWE CEO Vince and also the brother of Diva Stephanie. Marissa could possibly co-own WWE too, in the future.
Karina Steen – Kevin Owens
Kevin Owens has had two profound incidents take place in his life. The first incident would have to be the time he met his gorgeous wife, Karina Steen. The second would then have to be when the NXT champion went on John Cena in the U.S. Open Challenge. Everyone was so astonished to witness Owens slam Cena onto the canvas. Karina and Owens’ two kids were right there cheering like anything too.
Maria Kanellis – Mike Bennett
Do you remember this WWE Diva Maria Kanellis? She was certainly one of the most popular ones during her time. She is now building her career in the independent wrestling industry. She has been a strong pillar of support and a manager for her wrestler husband Mike Bennett. Her husband has not signed with any big networks yet but his time will come, thanks to the efforts of his lovely wife.
