A user by the name Bud Watson (who looks like a very paranoid gentleman) wrote“From that point on, you found out that those guys were not really your friends. When you had reached the end of the room, you turned around as you saw your friends plugging the hole up.” Hopefully, if this happened, it would just be a joke and they’d let him out!
Another Theory about the Room’s Purpose
A user by the name of Louie Alouie criticized users for their lame approaches and suggested that the room was used by a pervert. A number of people got behind this one idea that was posted by a user PoolBoysTX12: “What you just stumbled upon is a hidden Hydro Cannabis Grow room.” one could almost imagine a room filled with plant growing under the artificial light lamps and watering system while a kingpin sits on the table counting stacks of bills.
The Pieces Are All There
Grow room theory seemed a bit more plausible than all the weird ideas about torture room and fetish den. PoolBoysTX12 added, “Vent shaft for squirrel fan to move the air out. The metal plumbing was used for hydro phonics [sic] watering system.”Say if someone did want to cultivate marijuana in a room like that, a hydroponic system would help a lot by satisfying the needs of ventilation and irrigation. People have been successful in such operations before.
A Pulley System for Lighting
Though at first, it seemed that setting up the light necessary to run such an operation would pose a big problem, PoolBoysTX12 had a solution for this problem as well. He explained, “The pile of wood with the rope was used as a weight for lowering the lights to plant level. Look at the corner of that room, there is a small pulley system.” We now have a feeling that this user is speaking from experience.
