He was indeed a “Big Marshmallow”

As it turns out, the dog who had been living a rough-and-tumble lifestyle not too long ago with his pack of coyotes, was actually a huge softy at heart! RBARI shelter volunteer Frannie Laurita even called him a “big marshmallow.” His entire day consisted of him playing with his toys. The thing he loved the most though was to get belly rubs and pets!

Tough on the outside, softie on the inside

Unsurprisingly, Wiley wouldn’t be having any trouble getting back into domesticated life again! Which is pretty impressive considering this is was a dog who had spent his entire life amongst coyotes. Right? This brave little pup was definitely a fighter at heart. We are sure whoever is the lucky adopter of this pooch, would be pleased to have him.

He was finally ready to be adopted

As for the coyotes? They’re still out there, running around the fields in Kingston. They don’t seem to be missing their friend much it seems. It’s only one less member of their pack. Wiley, on the other hand, is gearing up to enjoy a happy, healthy life as someone’s loving pet! In his forever house for the rest of his puppy life. While it was amazing that Wiley was able to become a member of a coyote pack, what was really surprising is that he had such a huge heart! Thank goodness Sarah, Nicole, and everyone else who were able to give him an opportunity to share his love.
