The person stuck to the wall has given up on life or is waiting for someone to carry him out. The guy behind the girl is probably smiling at the prospect of sticking to her after they finally get off the escalator. This isn’t that bad though, they can still jump off the side, at least there is ground beneath.

The only sane explanation I have for this that can excuse the people who installed it is that it was a complete barricade and some obnoxious driver did not pay heed to it and blew 3/4th of it. Because if this is the actual size of the barricade, then the future of this entire race is in trouble.
Such A Space Waste
For some reason, this really hurts my eye. I hope the owners did not even pay a single dime to the one who planned their kitchen. Not only do the drawers not fit the space inside is a complete waste now.
Bridging No Gap
Let’s excuse this clear failure because it looks aesthetically pleasing. If not anything it can provide a pretty background for clicking pictures. Maybe that was the purpose of building it in the first place.

It is still working, right? Water is flowing down, though not in a trajectory, one would expect or want it to but let’s just accept that the world is cruel and not a wish-granting factory. Just be happy in what you get.
