NathanSevered Feet… With The Shoes Still On
This next case of mysterious finding at the beach will definitely have you amused. Have you ever lost a shoe while going to the beach? Okay. Then have you ever lost a foot while going to the beach? Well, what about losing your foot in your shoes at the beach? That is exactly what happened at a beach where someone discovered several feet inside multiple sneakers! Is this amazing or disgusting? Or a little bit of both? In 2007, a group of people who were at the beach in British Columbia and the Pacific Northwest of the U.S. discovered a sneaked with feet still inside of them. 5 of the 10 feet were soon linked to deceased individuals, but the remaining 5 are still left unanswered! What could have happened to them and where are their bodies? This is such an interesting case that is lowkey funny at the same time incredibly creepy.
Alien Fish
If you think about it, most of the fish we regularly see is very appealing. They are usually of the same appearance and most of them aren’t all that creepy looking. You can even say that g0d may have kept all the ugly fishes in the deep ends of the ocean where a man cannot ever explore. Since this is a list of mysterious things that have washed up on the shore, you would assume that many oceanic creatures would make that list, but this fish is just one among the very few. The unattractive fish was actually found on the shores of Sao Paolo in Brazil. And yes it does resemble a Long Nose Batfish… except its not. No one can say for sure where and how this fish came about but it did spur up loads of questions. Just look at the fish, does it even look like a fish? It looks like a frog and a fish combined- a frosh?
Megamouth Shark
Here is another fish that makes it on our list because, well, just look at the thing, why not? This fish is a 15 ft. long shark, with 50 rows of teeth, terrifying the people who first discovered it when it washed up on the shore. It was fortunate for the people that this fish was already dead when they discovered it, so no harm was done to the people. The shark got discovered back in 2015 in the Philippines by a few fishermen who initially mistook it for a whale. So they were indeed very shocked to see that it was a type of shark that they had never encountered. This is actually a shark that belongs to a very rare kind of species that was discovered only in the 70s. If they had discovered it while it was still alive, they would not have had the guts to step near it, not to mention touch it.
Giant Eyeball
We all know that the deep blue sea contains the biggest fishes ever that would put all these big land animals like elephants and rhinoceros to shame. do you want proof? Well, let us warn you and tell you that this would completely shatter your notion of big animals you can name. There was an incident where a huge eyeball washed up on the shore that caused quite a buzz! This happened back in the year 2012, on the shores of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Many people were certain that this eyeballs belonged to some sea monster but it actually belonged to a gigantic swordfish that weighs 1400 lbs. So just by looking at the eyeball, you can imagine how big the fish would be right? Two human hands are holding one eyeball! Just one eyeball! It is terrifying just to think of the body it belongs to.
Mysterious Giant Legos
Do you want to hear about one of the most mysterious cases to ever happen at the beach? How about this huge Lego man that washed up on the shores? We would mostly expect to see seashells on the shores when we visit a beach but to see a giant Lego is quite unlikely. But that’s exactly what happened back in 2007. There was an 8 ft. tall, 100 lb gigantic Lego man that washed up on a beach in the Netherlands. Following this incident, there were 3 other Legos that have been discovered on the Brighton Beach, U.K., Siesta Key Beach, Florida, and Los Angeles, California. These Legos were actually created by an artist by the name Ego Leonard. These Legos were all inscribed with the words “No Real Than You Are” on their torsos. Whatever it is, it truly made a few headlines and was quite thought-provoking.
P-38 Plane
The ocean contains so many debris that has been dumped since time immemorial. It is amazing what some of the matters that have fallen into the ocean are. The ocean is so vast that there are so many planes that have crashed into it, several ships that have sunk and so much more that we cannot even name. If you think that it is interesting to discover some parts of a sunken ship that have washed up on the shore, what do you think about finding a whole plane at the beach? It would truly be shocking to see one. Right? Well, this plane had actually fallen just off the coast in Wales back in the year 1942. After so many years of being held captive by the sea, this World War II plane washed up on the shores of Wales in the year 2007! It has been noted as one of the most important discoveries of what the World War II era left.
