Theodore Edward Coneys
By September 1941, Theodore Edward Coneys was basically homeless, so he decided to give a visit to his friend names Peter. Peter’s wife had a hip surgery so they were not home. Coneys was a small statured man so he could get inside an attic door that would be too small for a typical person to enter. He stayed int he attic and would come out whenever there was no one home. One day, he came out thinking he was alone. Then he attacked Peters and pistol-whipped the 73-year-old man to death. No one knew who did this as the house was locked from inside. After a series of strange occurrences, on July 30, 1942, Coneys face was finally caught and was arrested and convicted of murder. He passed away on May 16, 1967, in a prison hospital.
John M. Dubis
Superstar Jennifer Lopez had a stalker like many other celebrities do. His name was John M. Dubis. She had a restraining order against the 49-year-old man who still broke into the pool house of Lopez’s $10-million home located in Southampton, New York. On August 8, 2013, he was finally arrested and got charged with burglary, criminal contempt, and stalking. He had been living there for a week.

In Kunshan, China, a man called Wang realized by March 2014 that his belongings at home went missing mysteriously. Since he was sure to always keep his doors and windows closed, this was a little weird for the Chinese man. By May of 2014, he could finally rest his head as a homeless man named Zeng was caught living in the attic above his apartment. This man had been stealing from Wang ans his neighbors.
Miguel Lua
In December 2010, a woman from Modesto, California could not remain peaceful due to strange incidents occurring in her house. She was sure that her ex-boyfriend, 27-year-old Miguel Lua was behind it too. Her phone went missing one night and so she called the police. They had an investigation where they found Lua hiding under some insulation in the attic. This was not the first time he had done this. His two ex-girlfriends had filed a case against him before.
Ohio State University Student’s Secret Roommate
In September 2013, an off-campus house near Ohio State University had 9 residents, so when their cupboards and microwave was left open, they did not notice it much. It continued for a while, and when they found a locked door in the basement, they began getting a little suspicious. After these incidents kept happening, they got authorities to break down the door only to find another OSU student called “Jeremy”. He had been living there after getting a key from his cousin who was an ex-resident.
