Even after so many years the homeowner never disturbed his tenant but then one sudden day he was on his feet towards his tenant’s house. But why? An Ordeal
You might know what a hectic process it is when you think of evicting someone from a home. Even a legal process takes a lot of time and resources. You could end up spending months running in court, undesired interactions, and don’t forget the meetings. And no one likes to get evicted, especially, if the tenant is hiding something in the house.
The Process
The owner decided that it was time for his tenant to move out of the house. The owner was a nice and kind man. He didn’t want to cause any trouble, so he sent several emails and called him up several times which the tenant didn’t pick up. The owner thought he might be busy or something but it was something else entirely. The house owner was getting really tired of tenant’s ignorant behavior and he finally moved to the court.
Court Order!
After getting no response from the tenant’s side, the owner moved to the court to send out a legal notice. You can’t ignore a legal notice because if you would, there’ll be consequences. The notice was sent to the tenant’s house. The owner waited for few days before he took a step he shouldn’t have taken. Everything was about to change for this homeowner and everybody else who were about to get involved in the eviction process.
Time To Step In
All the wait and frustration was too much for the owner. When he was out of ideas he went to the police where he told them about the situation. Looking into the matter police was sure that the owner tried every legal step a normal person could when he is trying to evict a guy from his property. What else you could do?
