Driven to win
Nadia was born to conquer. When asked about her inspiration, she said that the winning attitude came to her naturally. She even described a bicycle race in her childhood in which she only aspired to win and achieve nothing less. Surely this attitude has taken her a long way in the world of gymnastics and has made her a living legend.
New scoring
According to Nadia, the problem with the current scoring system in gymnastics is that no one can score a perfect 10 due to numerous changes in rules. Well, it seems that Nadia will be the first and the last person to ever score a perfect 10 in gymnastics.
No fries with that
Well, nobody has achieved something without sacrifices. Similar is the case with Nadia, even after so many years, she sticks to a healthy European diet. Her breakfast comprises of toast with cheese and a bit of turkey on it, one coffee per day, a wrap for lunch, and a light dinner of fish with a large salad. Well, 25 years have passed since she last ate french fries.
Workouts
Nadia is an inspiration for people of all ages. Till date, she manages to give half an hour to quick and high-intensity workouts. She makes it sure that she never misses or skips her workout. No doubt, it is because of this that she manages to stay so fit even at the age of 56.
Favorite food
When asked about her favorite dish, she came up with an answer that most people were expecting. Spokeswoman
The authorities of The Fig Artistic Gymnastics World Championship, a world championship competition in gymnastics didn’t take long to decide who they were going to invite as their spokesperson. Obviously, it was Nadia who was invited for the competition held at Montreal in 2017.
