Is It A Stunt?

Then there were some people who questioned the truthness of the incident. According to them, they made up the story only to gain publicity. They found the incident so dramatic that it became difficult for them to swallow it as a fact.

Well Planned?

One commenter disapproved the incident by saying that the management would have surely fired the staff member after making such a big blunder. The story on twitter was cooked up and was done with the sole purpose of earning publicity.

Don’t Find Fault

But another Twitter user replied, “Exactly – im so sick of people finding fault with a positive action. Well done @HawksmoorMCR …and i really feel for the poor guy – the feeling in his tummy when he realised what he did! We’ve all been there.”

Mortified Manager

Will Beckett, said that the manager who made the mistake “is obviously mortified.” He even showed his confidence in her and asserted that he is positive that the manager would not repeat the mistake. Well, little did that manager know that something really big was stored for her in the future.

Feeling Sad

No punishment is more painful than the feeling of regret. She is already feeling bad about the mistake and so the management did not want to add to her hardships by scolding her. Beckett spoke highly of her. He said she is a “brilliant” employee. Not only that but he is also planning on teasing her about the error she made once she would get over her embarrassment.

Award-Winning

It could be the reason why The Caterer, a media source focusing on the UK hospitality industry put Hawksmoor in the list of the 30 Best Places to Work in Hospitality in 2019. Apparently, the steak house behaves very nicely with their staff member. Well-Deserved!
