He said that it was his uncle who would resemble and do the same activities which Al did in the show. Surely, this research and vision of O’Neill produced great results.
Budrick Is His Real Name!
We have told you before that all the characters in the show had some or the other nickname. But, it was the full name of Kelly’s younger brother Bundy which was not spoken of a lot. It went by Budrick Franklin Bundy. We still give you chance to think of Bud’s nickname before we disclose it.

It is an amazing fact that David Faustino who played the character of Bud Bundy is a rapper in real life and goes by the name of D’ Lil which is exactly what his character Bud dreamed of being in the show. David even released an album called Balistyx in the year 1992.

It is a very common way to earn a profit by making local adaptations of popular television shows. Similar was the case with this show as it was in Britain where the local version of its first season was broadcasted in the year 1996. It was named Married For Life and was a failure and ran for only seven weeks.
