Gold Found In Airplane Bathroom
Airplanes just don’t transport people from one place to other but they also transport the stash of gold bars. If you think about it, transporting gold can actually be possible as these planes travel all around the world. In 2003, Jet Airways flight from Bangkok to India was on his usual route when a cleaning crew found two gold bars inside one of the bathrooms worth of $1.1 million that later were seized by Customs officials.
Money Found Inside A Used Desk
Rabbi Noah Muroff a Connecticut rabbi bought a desk on Craigslist for just $150 and later found $98,000 cash in the bag which was hidden inside the desk. He did not keep the money with him decided to return it back to the original owner. She was speechless when Noah called her at 11:30 p.m and told her about the money. Next day he went to her and gave the money back. She said,“You could have kept the money and nobody would have ever known.” Noah is a good man. You should be too.
Giving The Money Back
The owner was so happy and wanted to reward Noah and his wife for their honesty. But they did not except any reward so the owner handed them an envelope that contained $150. The owner even wrote a letter thanking them. Authenticating The Declaration
Durin a garage sake Michael Spark bought some salt-and-pepper shakers with all torn up a copy of the Declaration of Independence. He was just going through the copy when he suspected that it kind of seemed like an original with the way it was written and the quality of paper on which it was written and it was later he found out that it was actually #36 of 200 copies of the Declaration of Independence, which was formulated by John Quincy Adams in 1820. After all the verification the copy was found to be worth of $477,650.
Thrift Store Couch Hides Painting
When it comes to discovering some hidden treasure, gold or money then you should try your luck and buy things from the thrift shops. A German Student who wanted to buy a sofa and as being a student he had a limited budget for that so he decided to buy the sofa from the thrift shop nearby and he bought one for $215. After the sofa was delivered to his room he was going through the sofa and felt something was stuffed inside it. Later he discovered a painting which was hidden inside the sofa. The painting “Preparation to Escape to Egypt” was hidden there and no one even suspected. We still don’t know the painter of this painting but it was sold for $27,630 at an auction.
