Only males have this beautiful flashy feathers. So how long does it take them to grow this beautiful tales? Well, it takes them about seven years. Male birds lure the female ones with their fancy feathers just like Peacocks do.
Beauty At Its Best
The information had amazed them beyond imagination. It was very difficult for them to believe that what they had mistaken for a flower was actually a bird. And a bird so beautiful. They wanted to see more of it. Their journey finally had a destination.
Looking For Next
They continued hiking and kept their eyes open in search of another lyrebird. Unfortunately, no lyrebird appeared after that. Perhaps the bird got badly scared by them.
No Lyrebird In Sight
Despite their countless efforts, they could not lay their eye on any other lyrebird. However, they considered themselves very lucky as they could see the bird. It was indeed a memorable experience for them.
