Certain Replacements
Racheal was not sure how to go about her food cravings. She at any cost did not want to give up on her new year’s resolution. So she decided to replace her unhealthy food with healthy options. She replaced soda with Gatorade and soon settled these with glasses and glasses of water. Her hard work was paying off and she could sense a difference.
Cutting On Portions
Racheal made a gradual shift in her meal patterns. She started consuming a heavier breakfast and a light in portion dinner. She relied more on home cooked food now. Though she felt hungry as she had to cut down on her normal diet to almost the half. But every time she felt hungry she would drink water, consume almonds or simply munch on cucumbers. That wasn’t all…
Work Out
Racheal even started working out with her roommate and hit the gym. She was doing everything possible to shed those stubborn pounds that she has accumulated over the years. She would jump, hop and skip. She would play with weights and shape up her muscles. Yet there was one last challenge she had to face.
Skin Sagging
Racheal soon realized that shedding so much of weight comes with negative effects. Nothing worthy comes easy. Though she enjoyed looking in the mirror the only problem she faced was skin sagging. Her epidermal layer hanged loosely over her bones and didn’t look good. It was sagging more near her stomach. She decides to undergo a surgery to get that rectified.
Let’s Do It
The surgery was not going to be an easy cake walk. It came with its set of repercussions. It had a lot of side effects as well. Racheal wanted to be as prepared as possible. She went through the internet to see what all she can do to overcome the side effects of the surgery.
Muscle Building
The best way to get rid of hanging fat muscle is to build muscles. She read that the best way to recover from surgery was to work on your core muscles and aim for a stronger abdomen. So she joins hands with a gym trainer to get ready for her journey post surgery.
