He also added in the interview that his daughter Jrue Jr is a big fan of him and loves to watch him play and even cheer out for him. He said, “She loves seeing me at certain instances in the game – if there’s a timeout, or there’s a break – and I can look up to her and wave at her and blow a kiss. I think there’s joy in just knowing that my family’s okay. Being able to know that my home life is fine, I feel like it reflects the way that I play.”
Future Plans
After getting back on the field, he is now aiming for the 2019–20 season. He is making plans for further matches and aiming to become one of the best NBA players as he was before. After the successful surgery of his wife, he wants to touch new heights in the game. All the NBA fans are waiting for his performance while expecting cute and sweet cheer from Jrue Jr. too.
