NathanUnexpected Visit
Everyone was absolutely relieved and grateful that Rowan could grace them with his presence. The thing was, Rowan served as a marine. He had already informed his family that he would not be able to make it on the family trip too. Everyone had already accepted the fact that he would be stuck back in Oregon while the rest of them go on this adventure.
Left In Shock
But after realizing that he had been tagging along and been with them all the while, the whole family rejoiced. They were so happy that each member could make it. But since this was such a huge surprise, they were still in shock and could not contain themselves still. Then, Amber had rushed out of the car with a racing heart and exclaimed, “Oh my God, you scared the heck out of me!”
Unaware
As soon as everyone calmed down and came to their senses, their excitement then turned into tears. Their tears could not stop flowing. Each of the family members went to hug their son and brother. This was one of the most memorable homecomings for the family even though it did not happen at home.
Not Informed
However, there was still something else that was on Amber’s mind. Amber was still incredibly clueless about one aspect of this huge surprise. After everything was done, it was finally revealed to her that this was actually done to surprise her. She was the only one who was not aware of the fact that Rowan would be free to join them on the trip…
Another Member
Amber was so confused as to how they were able to pull this off as she was not one to be fooled so easily. She quickly looked at her husband Erik and questioned if he knew that this was happening all along. He told her that even he knew about the surprise. He was the person who actually fetched their son from the airport. Erik could not wipe the grin off his face knowing that his family was all together…
What A Trip
And even though they could successfully surprise Amber, there was yet one other person, a family member who had to be surprised. And that person was actually Rowan’s grandmother. This incredible vacation had kicked off with loads of tight hugs, shouting, and a few tears of joy. And after dealing with everything, the whole gang could enjoy their time at the Grand Canyon!!
