This incident happened in Lake Ontario, which is actually a favorite family spot. But to their surprise, a strange body erupted from the water, leaving everyone in shock and confusion. Lie we have pointed out earlier, this was a trip nobody would forget.
What Exactly Happened
This family always found pleasure in going fishing and were always excited to have a trip to the lake where fishes lived in abundance. Lake Ontario was a popular choice to go fishing for the family. They knew that it would be the ultimate fishing trip as they have had many pleasant trips here.
No One Expected It
The father of this family would often post his prized catches on his social media. His gallery post would be filled with fish of all shapes and kinds. It did not matter if the fish was small or big, he held every fish he caught with value. They were ready to take on any jumping fish they laid their eyes on.
Thousand Islands
Joe loved to share his experience and tips with his other family members. In August 2017, he took Annette his wife and Alivia who is their 6-year-old daughter to Thousand Islands to go fishing. The remarkable archipelago joins Canada and America by straddling the river of Saint Lawrence and was their favorite spot.
Lake Ontario
Lake Ontario, which is Joe’s favorite spot, lies on the south-western end of Thousand Islands. Even at Thousand Islands, one could fish as well. The Schmelzingers were obvious regulars on this vacation spot. They soon got ready with their fishing rods and baits, which is what makes their family vacations special.
A Catch Competition
These fishing trips would be even more exciting as they sometimes held catch competitions as to who can catch the largest fish. The winner would receive exciting prizes too, which made it very competitive. The had no idea that this holiday’s catch would beat out all the rest in the strangest way possible.
