Fishing!

After reaching little further, Joe threw his fishing rod far in the water and waited for some minute before putting it out. Though he was not a pro, he was indeed very nice at fishing. He had caught many big fishes in his past and today too was intended to catch a big one.

Biggest Catch Brings Biggest Prize

However, he had his competitors too. Schmelzingers would take this opportunity to compete with each other. The one with the biggest and impressive catch would be awarded some exciting prize. It not only brushes their fishing skills but also makes the activity interesting enough. So, all of the three were ready with their fishing rod to make the biggest catch. However, what they were actually going to catch was beyond their imagination.

Unidentified Object

All of a sudden the clear sky got thronged by big pieces of clouds. In no time the sun got covered by the unannounced heavy and dark clouds. Clearly, the rain was going to happen anytime soon. They had to turn back before it begins raining. Joe tried to turn the ship around when he saw something little far from them in the water.

Giddy Up

Joe, Annette, and Alivia hopped into their speedboat and made their way down the length of the lake. Joe was looking for a particularly good spot to settle in for the day. He was eager to anchor and get down to fishing. The family was searching for their spot when they noticed a strange and unusual shape in the water. They decided to investigate.

Turn Of Events

The wind had picked up the pace and once calmed lake had turned wild. The water was raising and settling which obviously hampered ship from going any further. But the curiosity had totally taken over him. Despite the wild winds and restless lake, Joe steered his boat towards the object. And when he reached its close, he could not hide his astonishment. His wife and daughter screamed at the top of their voice.

A Buck

Well, now the object was before him. He realized that the object was a buck. It was struggling to keep up but the current of the water was pinning it down every time. The buck was all by itself and there was no trace of any other deer. It was surprising how this buck got itself in this situation. How did it reach the middle of the lake?
