“I am currently paying my way through nursing school so that will definitely help with that,” tells Travis. His family and friends were so proud of him. The whole Freddy’s team appreciated him for his one act of kindness. His boss was glad to have an employee like Travis.

“There is a lot of good still out there no matter what we hear, especially in our young folks, we have a number of them here, Travis being one of them,” said Padden Nelson, Freddy’s director of operations. Appreciation wasn’t all he got. When the higher authorities of Freddy’s got to know about the whole incident, they contacted the young kind man.
Not Finished With Surprises
The president of Freddy’s got to know about his story. He called him personally and additionally assured him of a present that he’ll be getting from the president in the mail. Within a few days, he received an additional $100 as a sweet gesture.
Couldn’t Be Prouder
Padden Nelson said, “Travis’s face is probably [one] that boy will remember for a long time.” and Travis added to the statement, “look out for each other and help out when you can.” This incident inspired many people but nobody knows who the kid was and where he lives.
Searching For The Boy
Freddy’s team looked out for the boy and his mother but never found them. They wanted to present them restaurant gift certificates for their generosity towards the young cashier. But that’s when a true act of kindness counts when the person stays unknown,right?
