Rough Start

His first impression wasn’t good at all on his managers. Travis looked like a guy who might quit the job any day without informing anyone. In short, he wasn’t trusted much. However, Travis took his job seriously from day 1. Even if nobody observed his efforts, he was trying hard. This wasn’t some irresponsible person and he wanted to prove his potential to his managers and grow within the organization.
