Caesarean Section

While childbirth is often suggested to be done naturally, Angie’s situation demanded a different approach. Since they wanted to keep the delivery under control, her doctors wanted her to have a cesarean section. So they prepped her for it. Since they had waited so long and quite frankly very complicatedly for the babies to arrive, Angie could not wait to give birth.

“As soon as I see them I just want to touch them or give them a kiss… to make sure they’re okay,” the pregnant mother confessed. How can you blame her though? She had to be admitted to the hospital away from her hubby and sons, making sure that she does not complicate the health of her babies or her’s. It had indeed been quite the adventure.

Successful Birth

It had been such a rollercoaster ride for Angie and her husband as they had been so happy to learn about her pregnancy to being devastated after discovering the complications. In the end, however, Angie was able to deliver her babies. The midwifery team transferred all 3 of the newborn to their individual advanced life-support team.

Necessary Assessment

As soon as each baby was out, the doctor carefully examined them to make sure they did not show any signs of issues in their health. The doctors then proceeded on to help them in their breathing and stabilized them. After all of the necessary steps were followed, the triplets were then transferred to the neonatal intensive-care unit.

Opening Their Lungs

The doctors made sure they did not make any mistake as they treated the triplets. The doctors admitted that they had to put a little effort and that it was a little difficult to open their little lungs. While this was going on, their parents, Angie and Gino were helpless. All they could do was look on with tears in their eyes from across the room.

As the doctors gave their best to make sure the babies were well and good, Angie and Gino were praying on the inside. Their prayers were answered and the babies all turned out okay. Thanks to the doctors and their efforts their daughters – Daniella, Anabella, and Camilla were now stable and could be moved to intensive care.
