Allen and Wardell after struggling for a month were finally able to hire an attorney who would help them get back their son from the agency. Moreover, Jessica said that the Chinese couple wasn’t at fault as the agency told them that Jessica would sue them while that wasn’t the case in reality.

Jessica was now into a battle of legal procedures. They were tiring and cumbersome. After fighting with Omega Family Global in courts for long, the couple was set free from paying any sought of compensations. However, still, they did not get the physical custody of their own son that easily.
Delaying It
Jessica tells that the agency still did not give them her baby. Rather they kept on delaying it by saying that the Chinese couple wasn’t ready to sign the power of attorney papers and thus such delay was happening. After much of struggle, Allen finally got to hold her son in her arms.
