The doctors on diagnosis told that it was a severe case of malnourishment. For months she has been starving and has not eaten enough from the past months. She could have passed away had the cop did not reach in time. Klynn wanted to thank her life savior and wanted to be grateful to him forever. But who knew she won’t be able to do that…
Journey To Texas
Soon after this incident, Klynn and her family shifted to Texas. Her mother made this sudden call and knew that it was high time that her children get a safer and fulfilling life and not a life of a beggar which they were having currently. Though 20 years had passed after that malnourishment incident, Klynn never lost the memories of that police officer, the man who saved her life. She decided to do something about it and began her search for the cop to repay his favor.
A Hinderance
Klynn was determined to track down her friend-the cop, but she soon realized that there was a problem in locating the man. Though she had spent months waving to the police officer, and he even saved her life, but they never shared an introduction to each other! She did not know the name of the officer so how would she locate him? All she knew was that he worked for the Kansas City Police Department. She took to social media and stalked the City Police Department Page to get some clues about him. Could she find him?
An Idea
Klynn even after searching for hours could not find the cop, however, she did not lose hope. Instead, she messaged another police officer working in the same department and told about the cop and her encounter. She asked the officer to help her out with that police officer in case he could. This new officer wrote an email to a man by the name of Sergeant Jeff Colvin, who seemed to resemble the best to the description given by Klynn.
It’s Him
As soon as Sergeant Jeff Colvin read the email, he could easily recognize the incident and his waving friend. He was the police officer who had saved Klynn’s life! Not even a single day had passed when he hadn’t thought of the young girl. Now that he was having the name and contact details in his possession, he decided to reach out to Klynn and ask about her whereabouts. Soon they met in person and it was an overwhelming gesture.
The Meeting
Klynn and Jeff finally met. Jeff was very happy to find Klynn in a much better health. She finally had some flesh around her bones. The last Jeff saw Klynn she was a sufferer of malnourishment and this healthy look of hers left the cop more than happy. Klynn expressed her heart-filled thanks to the officer and he was over the moon to realize that he was able to make a difference in someone’s life. It was the sole purpose that he joined the police army.
