But recently, the scholars were able to find a papyrus scroll which was written by a person named Merer. In that scroll, he has managed to describe thousands of worker who used wooden boats to transport blocks along the Nile. Also added that there was port built near the pyramids where all these blocks were brought. This theory was confirmed when the researchers found a waterway under the pyramids. This discovery brought these scholars a little closer to fully solve the mystery of the pyramids.
