Louise Wise agency has also been accused of lying or keeping the information pertaining to the health or the family of about to- be- adopted children. However, all these accusations remained unfounded as no concrete evidence ever came to light against them. Were Robert, Eddy, and David were a victim of agencies’ discrepancies?

Covering Up Their Lies

After discovering the startling fact about their birth, Eddy, Robert, and David went straight to the Louise Wise adoption agency to find out the reason behind their separation. On the other hand, the agency justified their action by stating that it is done to get rid of sibling competition to win the attention of adoptive parents. However, the triplets refused to buy their argument. They knew that the agency was lying through their teeth. Unfortunately, they were yet to figure out what should they do next.

A Suspicious Encounter

Call it a fate or coincidence just a few minutes after coming out of the agency one of the boys’ adoptive parent remembered the umbrella he had forgotten inside the office and when he got back to the room only to retrieve the umbrella he saw a very suspicious sight.

Celebration

A celebration was going on inside. He saw the staff opening a bottle of champagne and solemnizing “as if they’d dodged a bullet.” On perceiving the scenario the father’s doubt concretized even more. Now, all of them were sure that something was grossly fishy. They decided to get to the bottom of it.     

Celebrating What?

Robert, Eddy, and David were as shocked as their parents were upon hearing this unexpected news. A number of questions cropped up on their mind. What were they celebrating or why were they behaving as they had evaded a big problem? Was it related to them? Were they hiding something? The incident had only consolidated their suspicions about the credibility of the agency and now they had understood that the organization is very much responsible for their separation. But the other question that kept irking them was whether the agency was alone or there was someone else hand in glove with it.     

Kept In The Dark

Their adoptive parents told the triplets that they had been given no information regarding the other siblings and that they constituted a part of childhood development study. Thereafter for more than 10 years, the researchers showed at the doorstep of the brothers’ home to take behavioral tests and aptitude. The boys had separation anxiety too during infancy. However, their parents did not give it much importance as they had no idea about their other siblings.
