Eddie Galland committed suicide in 1995 at his home in Maplewood, New Jersey. He had been fighting depression for a long time. At the time of suicide Galland was only 33 years old. He was survived by his wife and daughter. For now, no one has found the reason behind his suicide but one can rule out the possibility of separation anxiety as the root cause of his depression. This is exactly what his brothers believe.
